The Independent Human Rights Observatory (IHRO) is an international observation, research and documentation platform founded to examine human rights violations through independent, impartial and scientific methods. Its purpose is to document violations, conduct scientific and legal analysis, prepare reliable reports, produce data in the human rights field, and contribute to public access to accurate information.
